Tis' the season to be jolly! But why come out of the season with a waistline like jolly ol' Saint Nicholas. It's inevitable that we will all gain a little weight during the holiday's, right? If your like most who celebrate the holiday season from the wednesday before Thanksgiving to say January 3rd maybe 4th, then it is inevitable. How about celebrating the holiday's for what they are... the days to be celebrated rather than the whole month and a half. Here is a little secret that many of us know but we seem to always forget. YOU CAN EAT ALL OF THE FOOD YOU WANT FOR THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS, AND NEW YEARS!
